The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Awutu Senya East Municipal Assembly Hon Anita Love Obo Amissah, on behalf of the Member of Parliament of the Constituency and Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development (MoFAD), Hon Mavis Hawa Koomson, visited Participants of 2022 CCP Curriculum Training for JHS Teachers within their jurisdiction.
Following the decision by the Ghana Education Service (GES) to ensure full implementation of the Common Core Programme (CCP) in the Impending Academic Year, the GES said there is the need for Cluster Based Training for all Junior High School (JHS) Teachers. According to the GES, the workshop is expected to be organized in all the Districts nationwide.
The MCE, in the “shoes” of the Member of Parliament urged the teachers to ensure full participation of the program in order to achieve the set goals for organizing a special training in order to acquaint themselves with the new Curriculum.
The training is expected to last for 3 days starting from Wednesday 12 to Friday 14th January, 2022.
